To start the return process, please email our customer support at returns@rreexim.com with your order ID, reason for return, photos of the product, and any supporting documents. Our team will review the case and provide return authorization along with shipping instructions.
All return shipping costs for approved returns will initially be borne by the customer. Once the returned item is received and verified, eligible shipping reimbursements or credits will be processed. In case of shipping damage, we may coordinate directly with our logistics partners for resolution.
Returned items undergo a thorough quality check to verify claims and ensure eligibility for refunds or exchanges. If the return reason is valid and the item passes inspection, a full refund or replacement will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.
Products that have been altered, customized, or specially manufactured per client requests are not eligible for return unless found defective. Please ensure accuracy while placing custom orders, as these items are built-to-order and non-refundable.
If you receive a product that does not match the order specification, please notify us immediately with proof such as images or unboxing videos. We take full responsibility for such errors and will arrange free pickup and replacement of the correct item at the earliest.
Refunds are processed through the original mode of payment, whether via card, bank transfer, or digital wallets. If a replacement is preferred over a refund, our team will prioritize dispatch as soon as the returned item is received and validated.
In the case of products shipped internationally, returns may be subject to additional customs and handling charges. These fees are not refundable. It is recommended to confirm your order details carefully and consult our support team before placing large international orders.
